Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers, advise on products, and handle customer complaints.
* Process payments, operate point of sale systems, and prepare sales quotes.
* Assist with stock management, inventory control, and store maintenance.
* Supervise sales workers, support administrative tasks, and ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements:
* Certificate II or III in retail or equivalent experience.
* Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
* A current driver's license, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
* Australian residency or permanent residence required for this position.
