With 1000 employees in APAC, we are focused on organic growth both locally and globally. We seek a highly organised Talent Acquisition professional who will provide crucial support to our TA team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting job advertisements, posting across various platforms and reviewing/shortlisting applications
* Screening calls with potential candidates
* Reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other avenues to drive proactive recruitment
* Detailed reference checking
* Contract drafting and review
* Working closely with the TA team and hiring managers from vacancy inception through till final offer stage
We value recruiters who love recruiting and see further growth as a Talent Acquisition specialist for their future. We offer flexibility to be based out of one of our Australian offices, with a preference for either Melbourne or Perth.
To be Successful:
* University qualifications (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Resources, Business/Communications, or a related field.
* 1-3 years' full-service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment.
* Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
* The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks and working towards more autonomy within the team.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
* Applicants with an existing network within the Engineering or Sciences sector will be highly regarded.
