About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in managing and training a diverse kitchen team.
* Implement and manage Food Safety Plans.
* Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
* Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed.
