Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role available at any of our Young, Wagga, Canowindra, or Cowra branches. The Warranty Manager will manage warranty claims and processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exemplary aftersales support. Responsibilities include coordinating warranty-related communications, processing claims efficiently, supporting the resolution of customer concerns, and leading training initiatives for staff when necessary.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and maintain positive relationships
* Experience in Warranty management, including claim processing and adherence to warranty policies
* Strong knowledge of Aftersales processes to support service and post-purchase solutions
* Capability to conduct Training sessions to ensure staff are well-versed in warranty procedures
* Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain attention to detail
* Previous experience in agricultural or automotive industries is an advantage
