Requirements
-minimum 5 years of experience as pastry chef / head or sous
-experience working in fast-paced, high standard kitchen
-strong leadership and team management skills
-ability to manage pastry quality, consistency, and kitchen operations
-knowledge of food safety hygiene
-reliable, responsible professional attitude
