Plant Manager for a Liquid Waste Treatment Facility - up to $150k pa + Super and Bonuses
The Position
This company is looking for a Plant Manager to join them, working in the Dandenong, Victoria plant, to manage the day-to-day operations of the liquid treatment facility, you will be responsible for:
* The monitoring of incoming waste
* Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
* Plan the day-to-day operations
* Actioning environmental reports
* Conducting screening and testing
* Provide full collaboration with the operations, sales and collections teams
The Benefits

* A salary of up to $150k + Super
* A generous bonus scheme worth (on average) 10% of annual salary
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* Full complement of computer skills (MS Word, Excel and CRM platforms)
* An educational background in Environmental Science, Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering
* Excellent relationship development and people skills
* Is a strong and analytical problem solver

A Liquid Treatment Facility that provides the remediation and disposal of industrial, clinical, chemical and by-product waste in liquid form. The company then utilises this by-product to offer as a recycled raw material for high‑end uses and applications.
