Journey Early Learning is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Casual Educators to join our Sale team and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for our children.

We are a 110 place Centre serving children from six weeks to six years, creating learning environments that are more than classrooms — they’re magical spaces where imaginations thrive, friendships form, and young minds bloom.
About The Role
This is an On Call Casual opportunity across Monday to Friday and all shifts.
As a Casual Childhood Educator, you are flexible, adaptable and enjoy inspiring and nurturing young minds. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
- Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program
- Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
Key Skills And Requirements
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
- Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
- An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
