Job Description
The Boarding Supervisor role is a critical position that involves supervising students and reinforcing values and behaviours in line with Department policy, fulfilling duty of care requirements.
This includes initiating, planning, documenting and safely leading a wide range of leisure activities for secondary students. Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to write plans, pastoral notes and reports; interact positively with students and parents including those with diverse multicultural backgrounds.
