About the Position
* Lead group financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
* Oversee financial and management reporting, including group-wide consolidation and performance analysis.
* Provide commercial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage group cash flow, budgets, and financial controls across all entities.
* Lead tax strategy and compliance.
* Oversee annual accounts and coordinate external audits.
* Maintain and enhance financial systems, internal controls, and compliance policies.
Governance & Risk:
* Ensure regulatory compliance and advise on financial risk and regulatory matters.
* Assist in financial due diligence for new investments.
* Provide financial guidance to investee companies' leadership teams.
About You:
* CA or CPA qualified with a strong academic foundation.
* Proven senior finance experience in investment or high-growth environments.
* Strong grasp of Australian and international tax as well as listed and private investment frameworks.
