We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team, working across one of our biggest portfolios. This is a role for someone who is confident managing relationships, passionate about social, and motivated to grow their capability across both creative thinking and delivery.
You are not just across the projects, you are contributing to the direction. You have a strong sense of what great looks like on social, bring a point of view, and work closely with senior team members to bring ideas to life.
This role is deeply social-first, with exposure to integrated campaigns, so an understanding of how social connects into broader channels is desirable.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day management of client relationships while helping drive the delivery of social-first work from brief through to execution. You'll be encouraged to think beyond the brief, contribute ideas, and ensure everything delivered meets a strong creative and strategic standard.

What You'll Do
* Support day-to-day client communications and help build strong working relationships
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across your accounts
* Assist in translating briefs into clear direction for internal teams
* Contribute to ideation and creative development with a social-first lens
* Help drive projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
* Coordinate with creative, talent, PR, media and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Work with Talent to support creator-led ideas and execution
* Partner with PR and media teams to ensure campaigns connect across channels
* Support reporting and help turn performance into actionable insights
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and support account growth
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years' experience in account management, ideally within an agency
* Strong understanding of social platforms and content ecosystems
* Experience working on social campaigns, with some exposure to integrated work
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
* Developing commercial awareness including resourcing and budgets
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
