Sales Consultant – Residential New Homes
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Sales Consultant
to guide clients through the full new home sales journey — from first enquiry through to contract signing.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping clients make big decisions, and can confidently manage a sales pipeline from end to end.
What You'll Do
Convert leads from walk-ins, phone, email and online enquiries
Conduct detailed client consultations covering budget, land, design and timelines
Present home designs, facades, inclusions and points of difference
Prepare tenders, contracts and documentation accurately
Manage the contract signing process and handover to pre-construction
Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and follow-up activities
Ensure the display home is presented to a high standard daily
Support general admin, compliance and WHS requirements
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in new home sales with a residential builder
Strong understanding of building processes, plans and custom builds
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Confident using CRM/sales systems (OSC, HubSpot, DocuSign, Canibuild)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
