**Data Entry Position**:
Dalys Constructions (Australia) Pty Ltd have been providing specialist civil and electrical construction services to the Energy Infrastructure Industry for over 50 years.
We are a family owned and operated business our staff have always been paramount to our success and continue to be our greatest asset.
We are currently seeking the services of someone to assist the Administration/Accounts Manager as well as the Financial Controller, in the day-to-day duties.
It would be a Full-Time permanent position, 3 days per week (Wed Fri) (9am 5pm)
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Attending calls and directing as appropriate.
- Attending reception when clients arrive.
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Banking
- Mailing
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Must have knowledge in MYOB.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills ie: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Ability to follow direction and carry out assigned tasks.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be self-motivated with a positive can do attitude and strong computer skills.
