We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact.
The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift, by championing our food safety and food quality standards. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training and proactively improving guest experience.

Previous experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurantsConfidence to lead and energise a team on shiftA passion for great food and customer serviceA hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the restaurantExperience leading or supervising a team within a busy environmentExperience delivering exceptional customer serviceCompleted or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificateCompleted or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
