A key role within our business is focused on the end-to-end management of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review financial reports, claims and other documentation to ensure project costs align with forecasts.
* Provide market-driven research to inform subcontractor selection, negotiations and performance management in line with project timelines and quality standards.
* Manage contracts in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legal frameworks, ensuring accurate records and adherence to key milestones.
* Oversee the tender process, including drafting documentation, negotiating terms and evaluating submissions.
Requirements:
* Experience developing, sourcing and managing contracts within commercial construction environments.
* Demonstrated negotiation skills across commercial savings, dispute resolution and contract variations.
* Comprehensive understanding of contract law and risk identification.
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction management.
