Bar Miette is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to help drive our business, provide training and development for our teams, and lead our guest experience.

Bar Miette and neighbouring restaurant Supernormal opened at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane river in mid-2024 and have quickly gained local and international recognition.
We're looking for someone with Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role, strong understanding of European food and beverage offerings and solid knowledge of current market expectations and quality-driven service standards. Experience with financials, including P&C, budgeting, forecasting, and events is a must. This role is for someone who's seeking an opportunity to lead in a creative, compassionate and decisive manner.
