We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive our product-led growth strategy and transform early successes into a repeatable, data-driven growth engine.
About the Role:
* This is a critical position that will require you to own the PLG/PLS roadmap and set quarterly OKRs.
* You will be responsible for rallying design & engineering teams to hit key milestones and running fast, instrumented experiments and prototyping new features.
* Crafting the freemium journey and defining pricing & packaging are also essential aspects of this role.
* You will build and close loops to turn questionnaires into viral loops and balance PLG and PLS by designing self-serve flows and surfacing timely PQL signals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Owning the Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) roadmap and setting quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs)
2. Rallying cross-functional teams to achieve key milestones and driving product development through experimentation and iteration
3. Designing and implementing effective freemium strategies, pricing models, and packaging options to drive revenue growth
4. Developing and executing plans to turn customer feedback into viral loops and improving the overall customer experience
5. Striking a balance between product-led growth and sales-led initiatives by designing seamless self-serve experiences and identifying opportunities to surface product qualified leads (PQLs)
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products with a proven track record of measurable growth wins
* Fluency in data analysis and ability to extract insights from Mixpanel and Looker queries
* Strong understanding of product development principles and user experience (UX) design best practices
* A systems thinking approach with the ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions
