Our client in Keysborough are a rapidly-growing company and seeking assemblers and injection moulders to become ongoing, key members of the team!
What we are offering:
Day shift assembly from 7:00am to 3:06pm, pay rate of $32.31 per hour OR
Afternoon shift injection moulding from 3:00pm to 11:06pm, pay rate of $37.16 per hour OR
Night shift injection moulding from 11:00pm to 7:06am, pay rate of $42.01 per hour.
You will be working in the aluminium industry, involved in the assembly and manufacturing process.
You will be working in a team environment and trained across various sections.
You will be completing fine, detailed work with electronic components.
Dependent on the line you are working on as an assembler, you may be required to lift items up to 25kg. This will not be consistent throughout the shift, but you must have some capability and be comfortable with manual handling.
These roles will be casual to permanent and are a long-term prospect for the right fit.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in Assembly or Manufacturing
The ability to lift 20-25kgs (physically fit)
Familiarity with hand and power tools, and other mechanical tools.
Previous experience in manufacturing, for a minimum of around 1 year.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Relevant injection moulding experience for the afternoon and night shifts is essential.
Attention to detail and quality.
Explicit communication skills and the ability to work in a team!
