About you
* Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within a high-volume, premium hospitality venue
* Strong knowledge of wine with the ability to confidently recommend and upsell
* A composed and professional leadership style
* Working knowledge of awards, compliance requirements, and workplace safety
* A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, food, and wine
* Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Current RSA certification
