The Process Engineer is a key role in optimizing production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, optimize, and troubleshoot processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
* Support the Operations team in navigating engineering and maintenance challenges.
* Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality defects using root cause analysis and LEAN tools.
* Monitor and control KPIs to ensure smooth operations.
* Promote continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events.
* Maintain rigorous safety standards, develop SOPs, and conduct risk assessments.
* Analyze production data to provide actionable insights, reports, and improvement recommendations.
This role requires a deep understanding of process design, industrial systems, and equipment to create streamlined workflows that meet safety, quality, and production standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics (essential).
* Demonstrated experience in SCADA & Allan Bradely PLC systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (essential).
* Practical experience in process improvement (desirable).
* Familiarity with engineering software and proficiency in LEAN principles (desirable).
