Position Profile
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join the Health Technology Management Unit's (HTMU) Procurement and Contract Management (PCM) team, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, you will coordinate activities across the contract and procurement functions including:
 * Managing straightforward procurements, administering low risk contracts and assisting with more complex procurement and contract management activities.
 * Involvement in procurement activities for medical equipment, medical ICT, support services and consumables.
 * Responsibility for entering information in the Health Department's procurement and contract management systems, so a working knowledge of these would be beneficial.
 * Building and navigating relationships with a diverse range of suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing advice on all aspects of the procurement processes.
 * Development of contracts and related documentation.
 * Providing operational and system administration support to the team.
Substantial experience working in a health environment with a broad understanding of medical equipment would be an advantage.
