Account Manager - Fire Protection Services
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they remain compliant with fire safety regulations and identify opportunities to expand our services.
About the Role
* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and service renewals
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts across fire protection services (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, suppression systems, emergency lighting, etc.)
* Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and project teams to deliver timely inspections, testing, and repairs
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards (NFPA, AS1851, AHJ requirements, or local fire codes)
* Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and service documentation
Your Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in fire protection, building services, safety systems, or facility management
* Experience on the tools (fire background such as technician, sprinkler fitter, extinguisher tech, alarms tech) is highly advantageous
* Strong account management or customer service experience
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver's license and willingness to attend client sites
