About the Company
Fantasy Caravan is one of Australia's fastest-growing caravan manufacturers and dealers, supplying customers nationwide.
We focus on practical caravan design, strong after-sales support, and long-term customer relationships.
As our customer base continues to grow, we are expanding our after-sales team and seeking a Service & After-Sales Advisor who can manage warranty and service operations while also supporting parts, accessories, and upgrade sales.

About the Role
This role sits at the centre of our after-sales operation.
You will be the main point of contact for customers after delivery — managing warranty enquiries, service bookings, and workshop coordination — while also identifying opportunities to supply accessories, parts, servicing and upgrade solutions that add value to the customer's ownership experience.
This is not a vehicle sales role, but it does require confidence in recommending and supplying products and services when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
After-Sales & Warranty
* Manage after-sales and warranty enquiries
* Assess issues and coordinate warranty repairs with the workshop
* Book services and manage customer expectations
* Act as the liaison between customers, technicians and internal teams
* Maintain accurate service and warranty records
Service, Accessories & Parts Sales
* Quote and sell caravan servicing, maintenance and upgrade work
* Recommend and supply caravan accessories and parts
* Handle parts enquiries and accessory orders
* Upsell preventative maintenance and improvement solutions
* Convert service visits into paid service, accessories or upgrade work where suitable

What We're Looking For
* Experience in service advising, after-sales, parts or accessories sales
(automotive, caravan, RV or similar industries preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable discussing technical products and upgrades
* Confident in quoting, recommending and closing service or accessory sales
* Organised, proactive and solution-focused
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
* Experience using CRM, service booking or parts systems is an advantage
