**Medical Administration Professional
**This role involves working in a supportive and dedicated team environment, delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Cover outpatient reception and hospital administrative duties
* Manage internal and external enquiries
* Medical typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting, DVA and Workcover
* Switchboard operation
**Requirements:
- Highly organised and enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Specialist medical reception experience minimum 3 years essential
- Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable
- Medical typing experience
- Professional phone manner and approach to work
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team
