What You'll Be Doing

You will step into a high-impact role where you'll grow and shape Cabot's Trade and Commercial portfolio across Brisbane and wider QLD, building meaningful partnerships and making a real mark in the market. You'll elevate the presence of our premium woodcare brands by leading commercial projects and winning key specifications, while taking ownership of the flooring segment to unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you'll coach and empower others to achieve state targets, lifting capability and confidence along the way. You'll partner closely with architects, specifiers, contractors and subcontractors to influence outcomes, and play a key role in bringing our Trade strategy to life—driving growth and strengthening our position through smart, on-the-ground execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the trade market as a salesperson, contractor or supplier.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • A "Go Getter" with a desire to move up within the company.
  • Experienced in business development or sales, particularly in trade sales
