This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of data governance, analytics, and records management in a community-focused organisation that genuinely values people, wellbeing, and meaningful outcomes. In this role, you'll lead the Data Solutions team, providing guidance, support, and direction while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
You will set the strategy for data governance, architecture, and analytics, while supporting the organisation's digital transformation journey. From ERP integration and managed services to modern business intelligence and AI-enabled insights, this role sits at the heart of how data drives better decisions and stronger community outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, overseeing the lifecycle of physical and digital records, and driving cultural change toward data-driven practices. As a team leader, you'll mentor, develop, and empower your staff to deliver scalable architecture, business intelligence solutions, and seamless integration across systems. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure data is secure, reliable, accessible, and enabling of strategic decision-making.
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications in information management, data analytics, or a related discipline, with proven experience implementing data governance frameworks and compliance processes. You should have experience leading people and teams, designing and maintaining scalable data architecture, supporting modern data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure, and fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture. Experience with Microsoft Purview and records management frameworks, along with a calm, considered, and solutions-focused approach, will be highly valued.
