Program Performance Project Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our expanding national team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative solutions to meet their evolving challenges.
* Lead and manage design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
* Deliver projects across the full lifecycle, overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
* Collaborate with Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management role.
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
* Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
* The ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs).
* Confidence in reviewing and interpreting design documentation.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
