Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the site team in order to ensure that the delivery deadlines of the photovoltaic plant are met and that their individual objectives are achieved.
* Assistance in preparing financial reports to the Head of Finance.
* Examining operating costs and co-ordinating budget controls with forecasted expenditure.
* Assisting in formulating budgetary and cost forcecasting
* Supporting Project and Finance Management teams through procurement tracking, budget monitoring, and cost forecasting.
* Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and accruals while maintaining detailed cost reports aligned with SAP and company procedures
* Register purchase order into the system.
* Coordination of the work of the site office: supply of drinking water, diesel, sewage, stationery, etc.
* Coordination of rental vehicles and maintenance contracts.
* Daily documentation for meetings. Scanning, control and archiving of physical documentation.
* Revision and access control of the site, including control of staff hours (temporary work companies) if necessary.
* Materials inventory control: consumables, PPE, etc.
Experience required:
* Bachellor of Accounting
* Office Package Management, very high level of Excel.
* Experience in SAP Management.
* Full availability to travel internationally.
