Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on cocktail preparation and mixology. Strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
