Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and enhance cost control operations, ensuring precise financial reporting and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales
* Analyse stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed
* Develop and implement cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
* Provide senior management with expert advice on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives
* Track food and beverage cost trends through regular reports and collaborate with management to maintain controls
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting
* Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability
* Expertise in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
* Proficient with inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
