F Wann Motors Mercedes-Benz is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Edwardstown, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of Mercedes‐Benz passenger vehicles, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
* Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as servicing, inspections and component replacements
* Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle faults across the Mercedes‐Benz car range.
* Use diagnostic equipment and tools to navigate complex problems
* Follow all workshop procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient and compliant work practices
* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information to staff
* Maintain detailed job records and documentation
* Support the team to meet workshop targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
* Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent; experience working on Mercedes‐Benz vehicles is a strong advantage.
* Strong technical expertise in fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of complex automotive systems
* Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve vehicle issues
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a focus on quality workmanship
* Strong communication skills to liaise with workshop foreman & other internal staff
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
