The role:
A litigation lawyer with 3–5 years PQE to work on a diverse range of matters including commercial, civil and regulatory disputes, partnership and contract disputes, estate litigation, and construction and property disputes. The role involves travel between Ballarat and Geelong, with five days in Ballarat initially. You will work closely with a small team, mentor juniors, contribute to business development, and report to a hands on partner who has been described as caring, has a wealth of knowledge and invested in their team.
