The role of Experience Housekeeper is to deliver outstanding experiences through genuine care for guests. Responsibilities include:
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning, linen management, and restocking amenities.
* Maintain high standards of quality and report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Respect guest privacy and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous Housekeeping experience (preferably in 4-star or 5-star environments).
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate within diverse teams.
* A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to feedback and continuous improvement.
