**What you'll do
**Based in our Hobart Support Office, as our Facilities Manager, you will manage the end-to-end, operational delivery of the support offices. With a focus on Operations Functionality, we are transforming the workplace experience to revitalise the office for our team and customers. Be the go-to for the team in Hobart, and work hand-in-hand with your colleagues across the nation to be upskilled in all areas of Facilities Management, and put forth your own initiatives for driving positive experiences.

You will be responsible for all Workplace Support office-based Facilities Management services, including delivery against service level agreements, P&L management, as well as being the
escalation point for your workplace support office stakeholders. As a key member of the Workplace Support leadership team, support internal and external stakeholder engagement, using all resources available to drive a culture of customer-focussed delivery and continuous innovation in line with the Workplace Support improvement projects and programmes.

Duties include:

- As part of the Workplace Support team, ensure your behaviours and KPI's reflect our goal of a fully integrated, customer experience-driven service
- Partner with Workplace Support Facilities Workplace Management Team to optimise the current service delivery model and implement solutions across the team in line with the standardisation blueprint
- Ensure contracts for goods and services, robust contractor management plans and strategies in all areas of repairs and maintenance are in place
- Manage core services at sites including, but not limited to, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, pest control, building security, waste management, car parking, utilities management and signage, reception and mailroom services
- Ensure BCP plans across workplace support office and implement robust emergency management plan and safety levels are in line with the national strategy
- Work closely with workplace support community, Operations & Group Managers and contractors to build sustainable partnerships Partner with WHS Team Lead to support implementation of WHS objectives across all Workplace Support Office, including input and management of pulse reporting

**What you'll bring

- Contractor Management
- Strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
- A drive to learn, develop your skills and work closely with your national Facilities team to bring your own ideas, and ask for assistance from the experts in the team
- Strong business and financial acumen Exposure to commercial supermarket experience, FMCG experience or relevant trade/tertiary qualification is desirable
