You'll collaborate with Marketing Leaders, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure every project runs smoothly — from kickoff through launch — with clear communication, on-time delivery, and high-quality results.If you're highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting creative work that drives results, this is a great opportunity to grow your project management skills within a dynamic marketing environment.What You'll DoPartner with marketing peers across varies disciplines to plan, initiate, and manage marketing projects.Create and track project timelines and milestones using internal project management software.Coordinate with creative, production, and digital teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations.Manage internal workflows, deadlines, and project communication.Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.Uphold quality assurance standards before any project launch.Attend and contribute to team meetings to support project alignment and collaboration.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or operations.Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.Excellent communicator and collaborator with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, SharePoint).
