Commercial Builder seeking Senior Site Manager to coordinate fitouts up to $25m across multiple sectors

Premier interiors firm based in Melbourne specialising in fitouts across a range of education, medical and commercial office sectors. Delivering projects up to $25m, they are up against specialist builders in each of those areas and consistently winning work. Open to a range of experience in this role
Salary: $170k - $220k + Super
Your new role
* Lead and oversee multiple or complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality results.
* Manage project budgets, maintaining financial control and efficiency.
* Coordinate with clients, handling high-level communications and negotiations.
* Implement quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets required standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safe and efficient project completion.
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's Degree: In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ideal
* Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and building codes
* Safety Standards: Excellent understanding of safety and quality standards
* Regulations: In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
