The Opportunity

We're seeking a Field Engineer to join our team in Australia, focusing on ANZ clients spanning the APAC region, and collaborating with the D&I Solution Team. This client-facing role involves helping clients realize and quantify value driven by our Adobe solutions.

* Be a recognized authority (by clients, partners, and colleagues) in software-based solutions & technologies (Solutions include AEP + Apps, Analytics, Target & Audience Manager).
* Gather in-depth knowledge of a client's technical environment, business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide the best advice needed to drive customer success, value, and return on investment by driving use cases with Adobe solutions.
* Analyze sophisticated project issues, identify possible solution options, and facilitate presentation and review of recommended solutions.
* Efficiently multitask, working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as drive meaningful key internal initiatives.
* Maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities and self-study.
* Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person—including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives.


Requirements

* A deep technical knowledge of Adobe solutions—mainly AEP & Apps, but experience across other D&I solutions such as Analytics, Target, Audience Manager will be useful. Familiarity with core data concepts, data schemas, and understanding of privacy / security concerns.
* Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
* The capacity to understand business requirements and translate them into architecture, design, and development activities for our most complex Web-based solutions.
* Experience articulating technical solutions and how they can address client business problems to technical and non-technical audiences.
* The ability to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and partners in complicated situations, employing strong facilitation skills while establishing credibility and trust quickly.
* Be self-motivated, adaptable, professional, and a champion of customer success.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
