**About The Team**:
The Mid-Market team comprises our highest value local restaurant base. We know that having best-in-market restaurant selection for consumers is what makes for a winning marketplace, and our Mid-Market teams are responsible for ensuring we attract and retain the best local restaurants across Australia and New Zealand!

**About The Role**:
What you do in this role will have a real, genuine impact on the growth of our business. Whether it’s building strong strategic relationships and crafting new revenue opportunities for our restaurant partners, or being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders and advocating on their behalf.

We are always innovating and as we introduce additional products like dine-in, direct delivery and a suite of marketing tech solutions, our restaurant teams are responsible for ensuring all of our partners are empowered to succeed and grow.

**Your Impact in Role**:

- Own the full acquisition cycle of ANZ’s highest priority Mid-Market Restaurant partners
- Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition
- Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience
- Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants

**The Experience You’ll Bring**:

- _ (_**_End to end sales cycle_**_) _Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms
- **_ (Executional excellence) _**Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks.
- _ (_**_Communications_**_)_ Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners.
- _ (_**_Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen_**_)_ Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners.
