This role reports to the Farm Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day agronomic management with a focus on maintaining plant health and maximising yield.What you'll be doing:Management and coordination of horticultural activitiesUnderstanding varietal differences and crop timings for raspberries including the importance of correct times for planting and crop manipulationsInvolvement in areas of crop productions such as trial work, planning, canopy management, research and development projects, and pest and diseaseSupport and education of people within horticultural activitiesMonitor, report and make decisions on daily hydroponic nutrition requirements including irrigation, EC, and pH management.Manage data analysis - collect samples and conduct tests.Report and communicate all monitoring and trial results, findings and recommendations to the Farm Manager.Have a general involvement and awareness in all farm operationsTo be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role.
