The Role:
You will lead your team in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring the centre meets quality standards. In return, you will be joining an organisation that values its employees and empowers them in their roles.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a high level of health & safety standards at all times
2. Support the centre's operations, including occupancy management and centre expenses
3. Work collaboratively with the enrolments team and conduct centre tours
4. Engage with families and the community, coordinating events
5. Roster and social media management
6. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about childcare, proactive, and enjoy leading teams. You should have experience in team leadership, childcare qualifications, and knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards.
You Will Need:
* Strong team leadership experience
* A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid certificates
