Ensuring participation in curriculum program through support of students who are not effectively accessing their programs (equipment, industry, assessment submission). Supporting curriculum area teachers to build and refine pedagogical and behaviour management strategies to increase student engagement, through formal professional development, classroom visits and informal support. Ensure alignment of Individual Curriculum Plan (ICP) assessment tasks are appropriate and suitable through liaising with HOD (Personalised Learning).
