About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant execution of all financial operations in line with the strategic objectives of the business unit and corporate governance requirements. As such, this position demands a highly skilled and experienced individual who can handle complex financial data, lead projects, and provide strategic insights to senior management. You will ideally possess strong accounting acumen, analytical prowess, and excellent leadership abilities.
Duties
As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by:
* Lead end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, robust variance analysis and high-quality financial insights.
* Manage cash flow, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, optimising working capital, maintaining controls and ensuring statutory and legislative compliance.
* Analyse costs, profitability and financial performance, developing models and recommendations to drive efficiency, risk management and informed decision-making.
* Partner with senior leaders, People & Culture and operational teams to support strategic planning, capital budgeting, remuneration reviews, business growth and investment decisions.
* Develop and lead the finance function by mentoring staff, overseeing audits, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous system and process improvements.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant Qualification.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or management role.
* Proficiency in accounting software, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
* Proven leadership and adaptability, with high attention to detail in fast-paced, complex environments.
