Job Description
* Provide support to the facilities management team to deliver a number of high priority projects across a range of their facilities
* Liaise with site management and landlords to ensure upgrades can be achieved on time, within scope and budget
* Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including time lines and progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes in all developments.
* Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Coordinator should have:
* A relevant qualification in facilities management .
* 2-3 years minimum experience in facilities management of industrial assets
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of facilities management processes and regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
