St Bart's is on the hunt for a Partnership Development professional. Put your skills in Sales or Business Development to use to support an awesome cause and mission – to provide opportunities, pathways and care to vulnerable people who find themselves without a home.

Working closely with the GM – Strategic Partnerships & Engagement your primary goal is to help grow and strengthen our fundraising supporter base through meaningful engagement, compelling donor experiences and fostering sustainable partnerships with organisations and individuals who share our passion.

You'll identify and cultivate new opportunities, manage low to medium-stakes partnerships, and apply data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. From delivering monthly and annual targets, to managing CRM systems and donor segmentation, you'll bring a thoughtful mix of relationship-building and operational know-how to the table.

You'll also be part of a small, collaborative and positive team that thrives on bringing ideas to life and driving results. Whether you have worked in NFP previously or not, your supportive, technically brilliant GM will be there to support your growth and guide you to deliver with impact.

A day on the job will see you:

* Delivering our organisation's core fundraising initiatives and strategies
* Creating engaging campaigns that connect and inspire
* Designing donor journeys that keep people engaged and appreciated
* Tracking performance, reporting on insights and fine turning for even better results
* Supporting annual fundraising planning and making sure we stay aligned with best practice and compliance
* Ruling the CRM system, as St Bart's resident expert, as well as coaching your colleagues to contribute to St Bart's relationships knowledge base.

About Us

For 60 years, St Bart's has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
