The Opportunity
Join our fantastic Commercial waste team at Veolia ANZ as a Vehicle Logistics Officer (VLO). Based in Bibra Lake, this rewarding permanent, full-time position will support our Solid Waste Department with duties such as routing allocations, queries, driver admin support, reports and other admin tasks.
What you'll be responsible for
* Coordinating bin collections to maximise route efficiency
* Administration including managing driver hours, billing reporting duties across the site
* Problem solving by responding to customer issues that are of immediate operational concern with a solutions focus
* Respond to any operational queries raised by the Customer Services Team/Sales Team and/or customer
* Attend daily end of driver shift meetings, capture any incidents or issues
* Run the monthly safety toolbox

* Good computer and communication skills
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate
