About the role:
To be the primary interface between the Helpdesk and their clients to ensure support cases are logged, assigned, and tracked.
To provide administrative support to assist your team with monthly reporting obligations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will be organised and able to meet deadlines
