As Chef de Cuisine, you will lead our bustling kitchen operations, combining your high-end culinary expertise and large-scale production experience to meet the demands of this diverse and vibrant environment.

What will you do?
* Oversee the daily operations of the production kitchen
* Develop innovative menu concepts that align with current food trends and guest preferences
* Provide strong leadership, mentorship and hands‐on training to foster a high‐performing, motivated team
* Set and uphold exceptional food standards through efficient systems and processes
* Assist in managing department budgets, food costs, utilising IT systems to drive efficiency and profitability
* Managing performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staff
* Championing on‐site food safety and HACCP accreditation
More about you
* Proven experience managing large‐scale kitchen operations
* Experience across either high end restaurants (hatted preferred) and/or functions
* A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
* Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes
* Relevant culinary qualifications
* Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
