About the role
As the first dedicated Change Manager on the program, you'll join at the very beginning and take full ownership of the change function across a complex, enterprise wide SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Duties
Establish and lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program
Design and implement change frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications plans
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across business units
Partner closely with program leadership, functional streams and SMEs to embed change practices
Build sustainable change capability for the duration of the multi-year transformation
Skills & experience
Proven experience delivering change on at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program
Experience setting up change structures from program inception
Strong stakeholder engagement across executive, business and IT audiences
Demonstrated experience in organisational change, communications and adoption strategies
Excellent facilitation, influencing and written communication skills
