Responsibilities:
* Support the Operations Manager in providing necessary guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
* Maintain IKEA quality and food safety standards by producing and dating food according to specifications, complying with HACCP regulations.
* Ensure the kitchen area is efficiently maintained, clean, organized, attractive, and inviting to provide a positive customer experience.
Key Tasks Include:
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment that contributes to a positive customer experience.
* Contributing to the Operations Team's action plan and assisting in its implementation within the team.
