Currently we are well positioned for growth and offer a great opportunity for a motivated leader to take responsibility and ownership for implementing strategies that drive operational excellence and performance within our Bathurst store.
Reporting to the Director you will provide leadership to a small team of Sales Assistants and influence their performance towards achieving operational targets.
This position is varied and involves supplying a wide range of farm advice on crop protection, fertiliser, fencing, animal health, irrigation etc. You will also be responsible for customer service, stock control, sales, ordering, branch transfers along with all other relevant administration.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to manage a retail merchandise business, increasing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
