What you'll do:
* Responsible for the overall marketing planning of projects for sale and new projects, formulate strategies for the entire output marketing phase, and control the promotion, activities, packaging, and other lines to promote implementation.
* Responsible for monthly budgeting and allocation of marketing and promotional expenses.
* Responsible for market research, product positioning, refining the project's core values and selling points; formulating brand communication strategies and advertisement strategies based on project location, ancillary facilities, benefits, and monthly sales policies; designing and reviewing required media releases.
* Integrate media resources for online and offline advertising, generate effectiveness analysis reports, and develop KOL/KOC content placement strategies on major social media platforms based on promotion goals.
* Responsible for the digital operation of regional projects, including Red Book, Douyin (TikTok), Weibo, and enterprise WeChat; through data analysis, deeply explore user needs, analyze user preferences, highlight product features, create relevant content, independently control creative quality, be responsible for sales conversion effects, continuously optimize content strategies, and enhance data effectiveness.
* Plan monthly marketing activities based on current marketing trends and major brand events, and organize large‑scale events with other institutions.
Who You Are:
* Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of market trends.
* Ability to think creatively and pay attention to detail in all aspects of marketing.
* Proficient in graphic design software and video editing tools.

Experience Requirement:

* Working rights required for this role.
